New Features

1. New Trackers: Corporate Income Tax Tracker and Trust Income Tax Trackers have been added. These trackers resolve a key challenge with deadline management. Previously, Konsise reflected only the statutory deadline for submissions. However, the payment deadline can differ once a return is submitted (ITR14 for Companies, ITR12T for Trusts). The new trackers allow users to follow payment deadlines as reflected on the Notice of Assessments (ITA34C for Companies, ITA34T for Trusts). This ensures accurate tracking of payments using the updated deadlines, reducing the risk of errors or missed payments.
   

Improvements

1. For clarity, the Request Workflow filter has been updated from “Company” to “Entity” since workflow boards are not split by entity type.
   

Bug Fixes

1. Submission uploader. Customers can now reliably upload VAT201 submission data directly into the determination tab without manual entry errors.
   
2. History tab logging. Payment/refund info logs correctly without duplicating entries when opening a card.
   
3. Minor fixes were applied to the User Profile section, EMP201 PDF, and AFS tab on the cards.

Bugs that were fixed

1. Manually Added BO on the “Beneficial Ownership” tab:
   
1. An individual who was already assigned as a Manual BO did not reflect on the page when updated
   
2. The “View Entity” button is now working
   
3. An individual under 18 is added as a Beneficial Owner; the system now shows a warning
   
4. When two users with identical names are added, they are grouped, although they are not the same. This has been amended
   
2. BO Register on the “Beneficial Ownership” tab
   
1. The BO chart did not update when the “Voting Rights” were edited under “Director” in the “Officers” tab. This has been fixed
   
2. When an individual is a Director and a Shareholder, the Drill-Down displays the individual's Director record and shareholding.
   
3. Personal details: “Gender”, “Demographic”, “Disability”, and “Origin” now pull through on the Beneficial Interest Register - fixed
   
3. Register of Share Transfers
   
1. The Transferor certificate number displayed the new/active number and not the previous/inactive number  
   
4. Individuals:
   
1. An error was occurring when trying to appoint an individual with no DOB to Directors, Trustees, and Beneficiaries. This has been fixed
   
2. Unable to add an individual shareholder from newly created individuals. This has been fixed
   
5. Directors:
   
1. When appointing a director, the under-18 error occurred when no appointment date was selected, which has been fixed.
   
2. The “Occupation” field becomes mandatory once you enter a value. 
   
6. Annual Return Tracker (Cosmetic Changes):
   
1. Entity Name auto-sizes so that rows are visible on a small screen
   
2. Major and Minor filters are aligned
