This feature allows you to capture essential share information at the point of acquisition without needing to reconstruct every past transaction. This ensures that all future allotments and transfers flow correctly, maintaining the integrity of your registers.
Comprehensive Dividend Management
Our dividend functionality has evolved into a full-cycle management tool. You can now:
- Capture transactions: Track all dividend payments within the platform.
- Generate Resolutions: Instantly produce a board resolution for dividend declarations in PDF format.
- Reporting: Generate a comprehensive PDF record of all dividend transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
Enhanced Share Actions & Efficiency
We have introduced Bulk Share Actions to significantly reduce manual data entry. You can now select multiple share certificates to perform actions such as transfers or printing share certificates simultaneously. When performing bulk transfers, the system will pre-populate transaction details with the selected certificate information, streamlining the process for large-scale corporate restructures.
User-Driven Improvements
- Editable Data: For many-to-many share transfers, users can now manually edit Transaction Numbers and Total Consideration values to align with specific internal.
- Certificate Number Control: You can now edit certificate numbers for any allotment or transfer. To maintain data integrity, the system includes a safeguard to prevent duplicate numbers.
- Corporate Secretary Support: Beyond individual appointments, you can now add a Company as a Company Secretary.
Tax Management: Workflow Reliability
Filing Board Automation
Following reports to our support desk, we have resolved an issue where cards were not consistently moving between the "Upcoming" and "Current" swim lanes. The logic is now fully restored. Cards will automatically migrate to the Current lane exactly 30 days before a deadline, ensuring your team has the necessary visibility to prioritise upcoming filings.
