History

Within each card you will find a History tab:

All activity that takes place within a card will be logged in the History tab. This includes the date and time of the activity as well as who performed it. The activities include:

• Updating the Card Status
• Updating Payment/ Refund information
• Notes added, edited or deleted
• Files added or deleted
• Filing Sign off
• Updates to the Determinations tab
