Version 25.0.6 Date: 8 May 2026

Our latest updates mark a major leap forward in both security and historical accuracy. We have transitioned the platform to a more robust development framework, reinforced our security protocols through extensive penetration testing, and introduced highly requested features to help you capture the most complex entity histories with precision.

Tax Management
This release prioritises platform security and compliance alignment, ensuring that your data remains protected while adapting to the latest SARS regulations.

Security and Infrastructure
  1. Penetration Test Upgrades: Following our latest security audit, we have implemented critical updates to resolve vulnerabilities related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This proactive measure reinforces our commitment to high-end data security.
  2. Framework Upgrade: We have successfully upgraded our core development environment, which provides our team with advanced tools to build faster, more responsive features for you in the coming months.
  3. Account Verification: To ensure the integrity of our user base, we have introduced a registration key requirement for all new Konsise accounts. This ensures only licensed professionals can access the platform.

Regulatory and Logic Updates
  1. VAT201 Diesel Refunds: We have updated the latest diesel refund rates for April submissions. Critically, we have adjusted the logic to allow 100% eligibility for "On Land" diesel purchases, up from the previous 80% limit.
  2. ITR14 Stability: Following confirmation from SARS that recent form issues have been resolved, we have removed the ITR14 warning pop-up. You can now proceed with 2025 filings with full confidence.

Performance and Bug Fixes
We conducted an extensive cleanup following the February IRP6 season to resolve several workflow friction points:
  1. Fixed payment emails and notification buttons for non-integrated cards.
  2. Corrected history tab displays for pre-populated fields and email format validation.
  3. Resolved a "duplicate record" bug for IRP6 submissions and fixed the PDF button display on eFiling submissions.

Entity Management
In Entity Management, we are giving you more flexibility to tell the "full story" of an entity, including its historical cancellations and specific trust requirements.

Advanced Shareholding History
  1. Historical Cancellations: When using the Take-On Shares utility, you can now mark certificates as "Cancelled." This allows you to maintain a complete historical record without allowing accidental transfers or buybacks on those specific shares.
  2. New Take-On Types: You can now categorise take-on transactions as Transfers, Allotments, or Unknown, providing better context in your record of share certificates.
  3. Shareholder Resolution Fixes: We have corrected the signatories on Buyback and Allotment resolutions. These now correctly feature Shareholders as the signatories, replacing the incorrect Director sign-off.

Form and Resolution Enhancements
  1. CoR15.2 Readiness: We have added new fields to Company Name Changes and MOI Amendments to ensure that your CoR15.2 forms are complete and compliant.
  2. Editable Auditor Appointments: In addition to PDF, we now offer a Word version of the Ordinary Board Resolution for the appointment of auditors, allowing for easier manual edits when required.
  3. Trust and Privacy Updates: We have introduced new PDF resolutions for Trust Accountants and Representative Taxpayers. Additionally, a new obfuscated version of the Company Info Summary Sheet is available to hide sensitive data, such as ID numbers.

Validation and Maintenance
  1. Compliance Safeguards: The system now automatically flags Beneficiary Guardians under the age of 18, acting as a vital compliance check for Trust management.
  2. Data Accuracy: We fixed the "Above 5%" BO filter and ensured that interest type dates pull through correctly on all reports.
  3. Terminology & UI: We have removed the word "Ordinary" from Trustee resolutions to align with standard legal terminology and fixed a bug where share class name updates were not reflecting on the Dividends tab.

These updates are live and ready to help you manage your portfolios with even greater accuracy and security.
