We’ve rolled out a fresh update that includes some small but mighty improvements, most of them driven by direct feedback from our users (thank you!). Here’s what’s new in version 20.10.0:
New “Difference” Column in Filing & Payment Trackers
We’ve added a new column to both the Filing Tracker and Payment Tracker to make discrepancies easier to spot. The new column compares what was submitted vs what was paid to SARS and highlights any differences in red so they’re immediately visible and provides a quicker way to spot mismatches using the Statement of Account (SoA) data pulled into Konsise.
Smarter Notifications for Request Cards
Previously, even after a Request Card was marked as “Resolved”, deadline reminder notifications would still sneak into your inbox. This is not ideal. With this update, once a card is marked as resolved, all related reminders will stop.
Bug Fix: SARS Submission Confirmation Emails
We’ve fixed an issue where users weren’t receiving the SARS submission confirmation email, as this email serves as your proof that SARS successfully processed the submission.
