Our latest release focuses on administrative flexibility and data precision. In this update, we have expanded our suite of editable compliance documents to give you greater control over layout amendments, closed critical gaps in multi-party share forms, and optimised our backend processing to handle high volumes of official correspondence seamlessly.
Tax Management
This week's tax update focuses on system performance and inbox reliability to ensure you never miss critical communications from the authorities.
Revenue Service Correspondence Optimisation
Following reports from our users regarding intermittent loading issues within the Revenue Service Correspondence Inbox, our team has successfully deployed a major backend fix.
The issue was two-fold. Handling the sheer volume of correspondence hitting large accounts, as well as managing the unique formatting variations in specific new documents issued by SARS. The system has been recalibrated to ingest these documents seamlessly, restoring full, high-speed access to your inbox.
Entity Management
In Entity Management, we are prioritising document flexibility by introducing highly requested Microsoft Word exports for secretarial resolutions and closing loops on multi-party transactional forms.
When managing a company's records, location changes can create data gaps that stall compliance. We have added all the remaining necessary fields for the CoR22 form directly into the platform. You can now capture a location change and generate a comprehensive, fully populated CoR22 PDF with no missing fields, ready for submission.
Building on our robust many-to-many transaction utility, we have introduced the Many-to-Many Securities Transfer Form PDF. Previously, this essential compliance form was restricted to one-to-one transactions. This update ensures that when you process complex, multi-party transfers, the corresponding documentation automatically reflects all parties involved.
Ultimate Layout Control: Word Document Resolutions
To provide professionals with maximum formatting flexibility, we are expanding our Microsoft Word export options. You can now download Directors, Auditors, and Company Secretaries resolutions as editable Word documents (.docx) instead of static PDFs. This allows your team to easily make custom layout tweaks, branding adjustments, or internal text amendments before finalising the documents.
Refined Logic and Bug Fixes
We have rolled out several quality-of-life fixes to ensure your registers are accurate down to the cent and numerical sequence:
- Precise Monetary Values: The Total Consideration and Total Paid fields have been updated to accept decimal values, allowing you to record transaction totals to the exact cent.
- Compliant Dividend Filtering: We resolved an issue where the Record of Dividends PDF export was ignoring screen date filters. It now perfectly respects your date ranges upon download.
- Intelligent Certificate Auto-Population: When performing allotments via the Shareholder Action Feature, certificate numbers will now reliably auto-populate, regardless of the sequence in which you enter your data.
- Numerical Printing Order: When utilising the bulk-download feature for share certificates, the generated PDF will now strictly arrange and print the certificates in sequential numerical order rather than a random sequence.
- Tax Number Formatting Clean-up: We fixed a visual bug where entities without a recorded tax number would display an ugly "NaN" error. The field will now cleanly remain blank until updated.
These refinements ensure that your daily corporate secretarial workflows remain fluid, highly editable, and legally precise.
