Our latest release focuses on improving diesel refund accuracy, refining entity data management, and squashing pesky bugs. Here’s what’s new:

 

Tax Management Updates

Improvements

Diesel Refund Rates Updated. 

We’ve applied the new diesel refund rates effective June 2025 (as announced in the budget speech). This ensures all VAT201 diesel refund claims are calculated using the correct, most up-to-date rates.


 

Bug Fixes – IRP6

Raised during July submissions, and all are now fixed:

  • Date of birth not being correctly determined. 
  • Rebates validation issue that caused the page not to load
  • “Less Taxable Capital Gain” value missing from the Estimated Taxable Income tab
  • Pre-submission PDF button for Individuals not displaying – fixed

 

Entity Management Updates

Improvements

  • Company General Tab Enhancements. Added fields for Converted from CC, CC Number, and CC Incorporation Date. These will also appear on PDF reports.
  • Individuals. We added a Known As field to better identify individuals commonly referred to by a nickname.
  • Annual Return Compliance Tracker. Added Enterprise Status as a major filter for easier reporting.
  • Directors. Added the Occupation field to the appointment/edit screens.
  • Updated all CoR39 forms to populate designation, addresses, and director details correctly.
  • Updated the Directors’ consent form to the latest CIPC-approved format.



 

Bug Fixes

As with any new module, some teething problems must be fixed. These have all been fixed in the last 7 days

  • Can't add an entity using the "+" button on the Add Shareholders' pop-up pages
  • The Share transfers were displaying incorrectly on the Securities Register
  • Inability to appoint a Trustee 
  • BO pages were appearing blank even though relevant data had been added
  • All outstanding entities now display correctly on the Annual Return Tracker 
  • Annual Return Tracker reset filters now work as intended
  • Major filters no longer reset to default when adjusting date filters on the Annual Return Tracker 
  • AG Grid month/date order fixed to the latest month first
  • View Entity button now links to the correct entity
