This month, we focused on improving Statement of Account configurations in Tax Management, expanding functionality in Entity Management, and fixing several bugs reported by customers.

Statement of Account (SoA) Configuration Issues

A few customers reported that configured SoA settings weren’t always retrieving SoAs at the allocated times. We’ve made updates to resolve this and will continue testing throughout August to ensure the SoA configuration works reliably.

Entity Management Updates

New tabs added under Beneficial Ownership on Companies

• “Manually Add Beneficial Owner” where Beneficial Owners can be added manually.

•The “Voting right %” and “Interest Type Date” fields have been added.

•The “CIPC Beneficial Interest Category” can be selected from the dropdown. 

• “Role” and “Calculate Interest Type” fields will display in the BI Register

Improvements

• Updates to the General tab for Individuals: 
  1. Added Gender, Disability, and Country of Origin fields 
  2. Renamed Race to Demographic
• Directors
  1. Added Voting Right Percentage field to Appoint/Edit Director pop-up

Bug Fixes

• Trustee Type: Can now add or edit
• Share Report: Transfer date no longer displays as the current date
• Company as Beneficial Shareholder: Can now add/edit

Directors: 

• The Occupation field is mandatory only when filled

Company Configuration: 

• Can now add/edit types of shares, directors, officers, and ownerships
• General Tab (Companies, Trusts, Individuals): Address lines display correctly
• Can now add individuals with identical names

Beneficial Ownership Tab: 

• Duplicate names and missing data issues fixed

Shares Tab:

• Can now allot shares and edit share classes

CIPC & Info Regulator Tabs: 

• Data now populates automatically

These updates continue to enhance the reliability and usability of Konsise for both Tax Management and Entity Management users.
