Version 25.0.57 Date: 31 July 2026

As we wrap up July and head into peak submission cycles, our focus for this release is on precision data configurations and high-capacity processing. In Version 25.0.57, we’ve expanded decimal customisation for share nominal values in Entity Management while bolstering our Tax Management engine to seamlessly support large-scale bulk submissions and updated SARS submission schemas.

Tax Management

This update focuses on ensuring full compliance with official SARS submission specifications while improving bulk processing limits for large practice portfolios.

SARS Schema Alignment: Non-Residency XML Specifications

To keep our submission engine perfectly aligned with tax authority requirements, we have integrated the latest SARS XML tag updates for non-residency IRP6 submissions. This backend enhancement ensures that all non-residency declarations generated through Konsise contain the full, updated schema data required by SARS for smooth processing.

Performance and Communication Fixes

  1. High-Volume Bulk IRP6 Loading: Following feedback from a power user, we resolved an issue where the bulk IRP6 submission interface threw an error when attempting to load more than 200 entities at once. The system can now retrieve and process large batches without interruption.
  2. Client Communications Template Visibility: We fixed a user interface bug where selecting a single enabled template for client communications prevented the template name from displaying on both individual filing cards and bulk action menus. Selected templates now render clearly across all workflows.

Entity Management

In Entity Management, we are introducing enhanced financial precision for share class setups to support detailed valuation standards.

Configurable Decimal Precision for Nominal Values

To provide greater flexibility for specialised share structures and complex valuations, we have added an account-level decimal configuration for the Nominal Value field.
  1. Custom Precision: While the system defaults to 2 decimal places, users can now adjust their settings to display and store nominal values up to 3 or 4 decimal places.
  2. System-Wide Consistency: Updating this setting automatically cascades across your portfolio, ensuring that share nominal values reflect your preferred decimal precision on all generated registers and PDF reports.
These refinements are designed to ensure your data is captured to the exact level of detail your practice requires while keeping high-volume compliance workflows running smoothly.
